Alma Louise Hall

Louise was born on October 21, 1923 in Jeffersonville, IN, to Aloysius Sylvester Turner and Frieda Dora (Rodewig) Turner, who have both preceded her in death.
On April 25, 1942 in Jeffersonville, IN, she married Marvin Morris Hall. He preceded her in death on May 26, 2003.
Louise was a 1941 Jeffersonville High School graduate and a member of St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church in Henryville, IN. She was a homemaker, worked at National Distillers in Louisville, KY, and along with her husband, Marvin, owned and operated, Walnut Hill Fishing Camp on Lake Cumberland. She enjoyed fishing, needlepointing, playing cards & Scrabble, tending to flowers, and working in her rose garden.
Louise is survived by her 2 children, Marvin Louis (Roberta) Hall of Underwood, IN and Carole Louise Hall (Gordon) Williams, Highland, MD, 5 grandchildren, Tamara Yvette Williams of Laurel, MD, Joseph Marvin (Carrie) Williams of Laurel, MD, Rebecca Louise Hall (Rodney) Donaldson of Hebron, KY, Jacqueline Marie Hall (Sonny) Skinner of Northport, AL, and Kimberly Kay Hall (Danny) Young of Charlestown, IN, 6 great grandchildren, Audrey Louise Young (Tommy) Cassidy, Emily Christine Young, Hayden Charles Donaldson, Lucas Hall Skinner, Shepard Ian Williams, and Xander Nathen Williams.
Louise was also preceded in death by her 3 brothers, Lawrence, Leonard, and Louis Turner.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11:00 AM on Saturday, July 29, 2017 at St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church with Father Harry Tully officiating, with visitation 1 hour prior to the mass at church. Visitation will be on Friday, July 28, 2017 from 4:00PM until 8:00PM where the Rosary will be recited at 7:30 PM at Adams Family Funeral Home and Crematory-Henryville.
