Judith L. Heath died peacefully on Wednesday, August 9, 2017 surrounded by her family at Baptist Health Floyd Hospital in New Albany, IN. A private family memorial service and celebration of life was held in her honor.

Judy was born on July 29, 1947, the first born of three children to Dr. Milton G. Tot and Amy Lou Gilmore. She was a member of Jeffersonville High School Class of 1965 and graduated from Indiana University in 1971. She married the love of her life, Michael Heath, in 1968. Following his death in 1980, Judy moved to Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. There she met her life companion of 35 years, Paul R. Kistler.

She was employed as a Human Resource Counselor at Lee Hecht Harrison (formerly DBM).

Judy was a kind and generous giver to everyone she met. Her unconditional love, courageous character, wit, and zest for life touched countless lives. She provided her family with wonderful memories along the Atlantic Ocean at Jupiter Island and Blowing Rocks Preserve. She is missed dearly by her family and friends.

She is survived by her brother, James G. Gilmore, sister, Mary L. Burke (Dennis), and nieces and nephews - all of whom she loved very much: Angela Gilmore Church (Eric), Amy Burk Kellem (Bryan), Aaron Gilmore (Mandie), Rebecca Burke Johnson (Andy), John Burke, and Melissa Burke Brady (Michael). She is also survived by her great nieces and nephews: Bailey, Weston, and Henry Kellem; Lydia and Luke Church; Evan and Ryan Johnson; Cody and Linsey Gilmore; and Quinton and Lucas Miller.

She was preceded in death by her husband Michael Heath, her parents, and her sister-in-law Suzette Gilmore.

In lieu of flowers expressions of sympathy can be made in her memory to St. Jude Childrens Research Hospital.
