Norma Jean Johnson Wooldridge, 80, of Charlestown, IN, passed away on Thursday, December 21, 2017.
She was born on August 31, 1937 to Guther Ray and Bertha (Smith) Coulter in Lebanon, KY. She was a member of the Pleasant Ridge Baptist Church, Auxiliary of the Gideons International, volunteer of the First Baptist Church Hope Center, Pleasant Ridge Baptist Church Clothes Closet, and the Red Cross. She is preceded in death by her parents; husband, Fillmore Johnson; and son-in-law, Jeff Elliott.
Survivors include her husband, Richard Wooldridge of Charlestown, IN; son, Mark Johnson (LaDonna) of Charlestown, IN; daughters, Marsha Hensley (Randy) of Corydon, IN, and Marketta Elliott of Floyds Knobs, IN; brothers, Charles Coulter of Sellersburg, IN, and Ron Coulter of Winchester, KY; sisters, Juanita Combs of Austin, IN, and Barbara Miller of Nabb, IN; grandchildren, Melissa Fleenor (Brad) of Daleville, IN, Janel Wilkins (Billy) of New Salisbury, IN, Amber Jackson (Chad) of Jeffersonville, IN, Britni Shrout (Andy) of Louisville, KY, and Baxter Elliott of New Albany, IN; 10 Great-Grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held on Thursday, January 4, 2018 at 11am at the Pleasant Ridge Baptist Church, with burial to follow in the Kraft-Graceland Memorial Park in New Albany, IN. Visitation will begin on Wednesday, January 3rd, 2018 from 11am to 8pm at the Grayson Funeral Home in Charlestown, and after 9am on Thursday at the church.
