85, of Henryville, Indiana, died on Friday, February 3, 2017. She was married on Nov. 4, 1950 to George H. Guernsey, who preceded her in death on Dec. 11, 1992. Dina and her husband were the former owners of the old Guernsey's Garage in Henryville, Indiana and were also the proprietors of the Shell Station on I-65 in Henryville, Indiana. She then retired from Clark Memorial Hospital and also formerly worked at the U.S. Census Bureau in Jeffersonville, Indiana. Dina was a active member of the Henryville Presbyterian Church. She loved to bake and always remembered her family and friends birthdays with a card or some of her cookies or a cake. In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by two sisters, Gloria Houk and Betty Smallwood and a grandson, Kenton George Elrod. Survivors include a son Kevin Guernsey (Debby); a daughter, Roxanne Elrod; two brothers, Rex Smallwood (Bonnie) and Bob Smallwood (Ellen); a sister, Gerri Winters (Charlie); five grandchildren and seven great grandchildren. Funeral Service: 11:00 am Tuesday at Henryville Presbyterian Church with burial in Mt. Zion Cemetery in Henryville, Indiana.
