Edna Mae Duncan, 89, died Friday, May 12, 2017. She was born July 13, 1927 in Elizabeth, she was the youngest of the four children of John William and Belva Mae Robison Woertz. She was retired from the South Harrison School Corporation and was a member of Lighthouse United Methodist Church. She enjoyed playing bunco, bingo, Indiana basketball, but mostly her family. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband of 70 years, Jimmie J. Duncan, an infant son, James Michael Duncan and siblings, Mary Kurk, Ruby Stewart (Gordon) and John William Woertz (Margaret). She is survived by daughters, Karen Duncan Kinzer and Becky Pohlmann (Craig); sister-in-law, Marilyn Duncan; granddaughters, Kara Brandt (Paul) and Krista Marcum (Michael); great grandchildren, Christian and Andrew Brandt and Addison and Zachary Marcum and a host of nieces and nephews. Funeral services will at 1 PM Tuesday, May 16, 2017 at Gehlbach & Royse Funeral Home in Corydon, IN. Burial will be in Rose Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be 1 PM to 8 PM Monday, May 15, 2017 and 11 AM to 1 PM Tuesday at the funeral home in Corydon.
