New Albany, IN - It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved mother, Barbara Jean Cahill, at the age of 76. She was born on September 22, 1948 in Milan, Indiana to parents Clarence and Barbara Timberlake. She met and married her high school sweetheart Guy Robert Cahill and raised five children, in New Albany, Indiana where she lived for most of her life.
She is preceded in death by both of her parents, and her husband of 43 years. She is survived by her children, Annette Gower (Mike), Frank Cahill (Mary), Dawn Clifton (Charles), Wayne Cahill (Kristi), and Tina Broussard (Joey), 13 grandchildren, and 9 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held at Seabrook Funeral Home at 1119 E Market St, New Albany, IN 47150 on Saturday, May 10, 2025 from 4 to 8 pm, and on Tuesday, May 13, 2025 from 11 am to noon. Services to begin at 12 pm, with burial immediately following at Veron Cemetery.
