New Albany, Indiana - Beverly E. Bell, 89, of Jeffersonville, Indiana, passed away peacefully on Monday, June 23, 2025, surrounded by her loving family. Born on August 20, 1935, to the late Frank and Mabel Bernhardt, Beverly was a lifelong resident of New Albany and a dedicated member of O.L.P.H. Catholic Church.
Beverly was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Glennard Bell; her sons, Glen Bell and Greg Bell; and her parents, Frank Sr. and Mabel Bernhardt.
She is survived by her devoted children: LuAnne F. Linter of Centerville, Ohio; Heather E. Bell of New Albany, Indiana; and Beth Dean of Sellersburg, Indiana. Beverly also leaves behind her brothers, Frank "Micky" Bernhardt Jr. of Otisco, Indiana, and Edward Bernhardt of New Albany, Indiana. Her legacy continues through her 8 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren, who will cherish her memory.
A funeral service will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Friday, June 27, 2025, at E.M. Coots' Sons Funeral Home. Visitation will take place from 11:00 a.m. until the time of service at the funeral home. Following the service, Beverly will be laid to rest at St. Anthony Cemetery.
