Brenda Hall, 77, a lifelong resident of Henryville, IN passed away at 3 a.m. on Friday, March 11, 2022, at her home.

Brenda was born on Monday, June 26, 1944, in Henryville, IN. She is the daughter of Irvin Powers and Catherine (Amick) Gas who are both deceased.

On October 24,1963, in Memphis, IN, Brenda married Ernest Alfred Hall who survives.

Brenda retired as a QMA at Maple Manor in Sellersburg and in earlier years, she was a bus driver for Head Start in Underwood, IN. She was of Baptist faith, enjoyed watching M*A*S*H, crocheting, working in her flower beds with her husband, going to and shopping at thrift stores. She had many collections and one of her largest was cat knick-knacks. Brenda loved her pet cats but most of all, her family. She was greatly loved by her family and friends and will be greatly missed by all.

Brenda is survived by her loving husband of 58 ½ years, Ernest Alfred Hall of Henryville, IN; five children, twin girls, Jo Hall and Cathy Hendrix, both of Scottsburg, IN, Richard (Traci) Hall of Charlestown, IN, Scott Hall of New Castle, IN, and Michael (Bethany) Hall of Louisville, KY; 15 grandchildren, Sarah Hendrix, Abby (Frank) Meetze, Randi Hendrix, Aaron (Barbara) Hall, Jessica Hendrix, Dakota Hendrix, Justin (Shara) Hall, Cody (Kayla) Walker, Curtis (Josiah Hammer) Walker, Austin Hall, Samantha Hall, Brent Hall, Madison Hall, Emily Hall, and Ella Hall; 20 great-grandchildren; and one brother, Gary (Brenda) Powers of Columbus, IN.

She was preceded in death by her parents and one sister, Alice Marie Roberts.

Pastor Bruce Hall will conduct funeral services at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, March 16, 2022, at Adams Family Funeral Homes & Crematory in Henryville, IN with burial to follow at New Chapel Cemetery.

Family and friends may visit from 4 to 8 p.m. Tuesday, March 15, 2022, at Adams Family Funeral Homes & Crematory in Henryville, IN and on Wednesday, March 16, 2022, from 10 a.m. until time of service at the funeral home.

The family request that all memorial donations be given in memory of Brenda to the Alzheimer's Association, care of Adams Family Funeral Homes & Crematory, 209 S. Ferguson St., Henryville, IN 47126.
