David B. Rees was born August 1, 1935 in Columbus, Ohio to Harry and Edna Rees.
David was preceded in death by both his parents and his only brother, Larry.
He is survived by his spouse, Kristie Abart and his children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
David and Kristie met in the LA/southern California area. They later moved to Grants Pass, Oregon and then to New Albany, IN.
David was a retired California Highway Patrol Sergeant who enjoyed acting, gardening, fishing, cooking and travel.
David passed away January 27, 2025 and will be greatly missed.
