Edward Bruce Donahoe, age 78, passed away January 24th, 2019. He was born in Beech Grove, Indiana, September 1st, 1940. He was preceded in death by his parents Kathleen (Ulsh) Donahoe, and Edward Dallas Donahoe, daughters Laura Kay Donahoe and Emily Susan Shepherd, brother Steven Donahoe, and sister Mary Kay Donahoe. He is survived by his loving wife of 37 years Linda (Staser) Donahoe, daughter Loretta (Leonard) Hartloff of Louisville, one son Aaron (Elizabeth) Shepherd of Gurnee, Illinois, and one brother Tim (Lilly) Donahoe of Redding, CA, and grandsons Aidan Shepherd and Zachary Shepherd. He was a 1958 graduate of Providence High school, a Navy Veteran, a member of the American Legion post #28 and was retired from Winn Dixie. Memorial service will be held at St. Marks UCC in New Albany, Indiana on February 1st, 2019 at 11:00 AM. Spring Valle Funeral Home is Honored to be of service to the Donahoe family.
