Gary Wayne Carmickle, 76, of New Albany, IN passed away on Saturday, November 23, 2024.
Gary was born in New Albany on June 24, 1948 to the late Earl and Mary Carmickle.
In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his wife, Shirley Carmickle; and three sisters, Barbara Turner, Virginia Wells and Elizabeth Shrout.
Gary is survived by his daughter, Sarah Rose (Brian); a grandson, Sean Rose; a sister, Lynda Zimmerman; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation for Gary will be held Saturday, November 30, 2024 from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Kraft Funeral Service, 2776 Charlestown Rd., New Albany, followed by a memorial service at 1 p.m.
