Hanover - Gregory Cyril Higdon, 62, of Hanover, IN passed away Tuesday, December 3, 2024 at Norton Hospital in Louisville, KY.

Greg was born on September 29, 1962 in Savannah, GA to James C. and Catherine Waters Higdon.

Greg was an HVAC technician and co-owner of Higdon Heating and Air, Inc. in New Washington. In his younger years he enjoyed working on his 1973 Gremlin. He supported the Indianapolis Colts, watching "This Old House" on TV, camping at the Route 56 campground and spending time with his family.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

Survivors include his wife of 40 years, Kimberly Reed Higdon; daughter, Cassondra Youngblood and her husband, Zayrin of Hanover; grandson, Zaythian Youngblood; and sister, Sheila Speigelhalder of Charlestown.

Life Celebration services will be at 11 a.m. on Tuesday, December 10, 2024, at Grayson Funeral Home in New Washington, with burial in Crown Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Monday and after 9 a.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
