Jack D. Collins Sr., passed away on Monday, October 14, 2019 at home.
He was born December 21, 1929 to Willard and Myrtle (Langdon) Collins in New Albany, Indiana.
He served in the U.S. Navy and retired from Norfolk Southern Railroad.
He was preceded in death by his parents, brothers Melvin and Neal Collins and former wife and friend Dodie Collins.
He is survived by wife Connie; children, ,Jack Jr. (Rhonda), Paula Shuck (Ronnie) and Ed Collins all of New Albany. He is also survived by several grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren. Also siblings Tom of Florida and Bob Collins and Patricia Smith of New Albany.
Cremation was chosen, there will be no services. Naville-Seabrook handled arrangements.
