Funeral services for James M. "J.M." Hall, 69, Jeffersonville, will be at 1 p.m. Thursday, July 23, at E.M. Coots' Sons Funeral Home, Jeffersonville, with burial in Utica Hillcrest Cemetery. He passed away Sunday, July 19, 2015, at Clark Memorial Hospital.. He was retired from the Clark County Sheriffs Office but continued working as a Sheriffs Office Administrator. He was a member and caretaker of the C.C.C.C. He started shop with a cop in 1981 and was on the Jeffersonville Police Merit Board. He was a member of F.O.P. Lodge 181, Masonic Lodge 340, and the Fraternal Order of Eagles 1537.. He is survived by his wife of 50 years, Mary Ann Miles Hall; a son, Kent W. Hall and his companion, Robin Baird, Utica; daughters, Theresa A. Treadway and her husband, Craig, Jeffersonville and Christy M. O'Neil and her husband, Mike, Jeffersonville; and grandchildren, Morgan Coomer, Chandler Treadway, Savannah O' Neil and Olivia O'Neil.. He was preceded in death by his father, Charles E. Hall and his mother, Emma K. Morrison Hall.. Visitation will be from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. Wednesday and after 9 a.m. Thursday, at the funeral home..
