Joanne Beazly Obituary
Joanne Beazly, 83, of New Albany, Indiana passed away on Tuesday, December 17, 2024 at Baptist Health Floyd. Joanne was born in Clinton, Illinois on January 13, 1941 to the late Donald Wayne Dawson and Agnes Edwards Dawson. She was a dear friend, a mentor, the kindest of souls and a Balloon Society of Kentucky member for 40-plus years.
In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by sister Marlyn Followell and son-in-law Tony Davidson.
She married the love of her life on September 22, 1961, Sam Beazly. Together they had a son, Brian Beazly (Laura) and a daughter, Kellie Davidson. She is also survived by a granddaughter, Samantha Davidson; a brother, Donald Dawson (Tina); and numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be from 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm on Monday, December 23, 2024 at Kraft Funeral Service, 2776 Charlestown Road, New Albany, Indiana 47150. Funeral Service will be at 6:00 pm on Monday, December 23, 2024 at the funeral home.
