Your phone call was a dark day for me. It was like being blind sided without warning. You know how I felt about your Mom. We were always teasing each other about you and I. I remember teasing her one day by saying I was going to marry you one day and your Mom saying, "She is not marrying a lot older man!" I loved your Mom and Dad over these years and will keep her in a "Special" place in my heart. Sorry I cannot be there because I don't drive and you know the other reasons but I will be sitting right there beside you and I know how hard it is but God doesn't give us anything more than we can endure. Cherish your memories and keep them close in your heart. I will talk to you later but now it ...is time to reflect with family. Wish I could be there but I am there in "Spirit." Love you Sweetie.Read more

So very sorry to see that Joyce passed away. I had the pleasure of working with her on 2nd shift at Floyd Memorial over 20 years ago. She was such a sweet and kind person to everyone. Will be praying for you all during this difficult time.

I’m so sorry for your loss. Aunt Joyce was the best aunt in town. She had a very loving heart towards everyone. She was also a great cook. She always made everyone feel special that came to her house. She welcomed everyone with open arms. I have so many great memories and so does Gracie. I love you all and I loved Aunt Joyce too.
