New Albany, Indiana - Judith A. (Eicholz) Homrighausen, 87, of New Albany passed away Tuesday, June 16th, 2026, at Baptist Floyd Hospital in New Albany, Indiana. She was born in New Albany to the late William Kenneth and Agnes Ameila (Spatig) Eicholz. Judith was a graduate of New Albany High School and a longtime member of St. Mark's United Church of Christ. She retired from the University of Louisville Department of Medicine. Judith was preceded in death by her husband, Jerry Lee Homrighausen, in 2022.

She is survived by her children, Leigh Ann Swan (Brian), Sarah Homrighausen, and Dr. James Homrighausen; four grandchildren and one great-grandson. She is also survived by her loving nieces and nephew, who held a special place in her heart, as well as her devoted caregivers, Tiara, and Jackie and her nurse Megan.

Visitation will be from 4-7 PM Monday and after 10 AM Tuesday at the Oak Street Chapel of Naville & Seabrook Funeral Homes (1846 E. Oak St., New Albany).

A service celebrating her life will be held at 11 AM Tuesday in the Oak Street Chapel.
