Louisville, Kentucky - Liana Marie Nevitt, 82, passed away peacefully Sunday April 26, 2026. Born December 17, 1943, she was a graduate of Presentation High School. Liana retired as Manager of Morgan and Pottinger Law Firm, where she was known for her dedication and professionalism. Liana was kind and generous and above all, a wonderful mother and grandmother. A long-term member of Indian Creek Baptist Church in Georgetown, Indiana. Liana was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Nevitt. She is survived by her sons, Craig Nevitt and David (Catherine) Nevitt; grandchildren, Shelby Nevitt and Clayton Nevitt; siblings, Bud (Peggy) Metzger, Terri (Ish) Burks, and Linda Metzger; and many extended family members and friends. Her memory will live on in the hearts of her family and friends forever.

A 2:00p visitation and celebration of life with will be held Sunday, May 3, 2026, at the Clubhouse, 3200 Graystone Manor Parkway, Louisville, KY. The memorial service will begin at 3:00p followed by a catered meal.
