Henryville, IN - Martha A. (Cain) Jackson of Henryville, IN, passed away peacefully on May 10, 2025, at Lake Pointe Village in Scottsburg, IN, at the age of 78. She was born on December 1, 1946, in Oldham County, Kentucky to Carl Cain and Mary (Tichenor) Russell.

On January 17, 1966, Martha married the love of her life, Richard Jackson, at the Pekin Church of Christ. Together, they built a loving home filled with faith, family, and joy until Richard's passing.

Martha was a woman of many talents and roles. She worked as a Teacher's Aide and also in manufacturing, but above all, she dedicated her life to being a homemaker. She found joy in reading, gardening, home décor, and most especially in spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Her family and her home were her greatest passions.

She is survived by her sons, Steven Jackson of Austin, IN, and Jared Jackson of Indiana; her grandchildren, Evan Jackson, Jordan Jackson, and Logan Hall; her great-grandchildren, Xander and Lyla Jackson; and her bonus great-grandchildren, Kylie and Tristen Greenwood. She also leaves behind her siblings, Kenny Cain, Deena Lynn, and Debbie Buchanan, all of Indiana. Martha's memory will be cherished by her extended family and friends who knew her kind and loving spirit.

Martha was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Richard Jackson, her daughter Stephanie Jackson (Steven's twin), her brother David Cain, and her sister Carla Conia.

A memorial visitation to honor Martha's life will be held on Tuesday, May 20, 2025, from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM at Adams Family Funeral Homes & Crematory in Henryville, IN.

Cremation has been entrusted by Adams Family Funeral Homes & Crematory.
