Jeffersonville, Indiana - Michael E. Veach, 75, of Jeffersonville, IN, died on Tuesday, December 9, 2025, at Lincoln Hills Nursing Home. Born on May 2, 1950, in Indianapolis, IN, he was the son of the late Elmer and Evelyn Veach.
Michael was a faithful member of St. Augustine Catholic Church. He attended St. Augustine School and Sacred Heart School. He graduated from Jeffersonville High School in 1969. He dedicated many years of service working at Ray Parella's restaurant and also had a career in Taxes and Accounting.
A pillar of his family, Michael was a dedicated brother who, alongside his mother, worked diligently and selflessly to help raise his younger siblings. He was known for his boundless generosity, a man who never met a stranger and would do anything for anyone.
He is survived by his brothers, Mark Veach (Brenda) and Gregory Veach; sisters, Patty Veach and Theresa "Terry" Basham (Bill); and his best friend, Rick Lovan, along with numerous nieces and nephews.
Michael was preceded in death by his parents and two brothers, Timothy and Richard Veach.
Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, December 16, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. at E.M. Coots' Sons Funeral Home. Visitation will take place from 9:00 a.m. until the service begins at the Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Holy Cross Cemetery in Indianapolis, IN.
