Ocala, Florida - Roger D. Tabor, 71, of Ocala, FL, formerly of Henryville, IN, passed away on Tuesday, September 29, 2020.

Roger was born on Sunday, December 5, 1948 in Louisville, KY. He was the son of Marshall A. Tabor and Annie Mae (Wright) Tabor who both preceded him in death.

Roger was a 1966 Henryville High School graduate. He was an entrepreneur and owned his own telephone installation business. He served in the Army from February 10, 1969, until he was honorably discharged on February 10, 1971. He enjoyed playing golf in the beautiful Florida weather.

Survivors include his daughter, Desiree Sommer of Hernando, FL; two brothers, James "Jim" Tabor of Sellersburg, IN and Charles Tabor of Henryville, IN.

Funeral services will be conducted at 11 a.m. on Monday, October 5, 2020, at Adams Family Funeral Home & Crematory, Henryville, with burial to follow at Mt. Zion Cemetery.

Visitation will be from 4 p.m. until 8 p.m. on Sunday, October 4, 2020, and after 9 a.m. on Monday, October 5, 2020, at the funeral home in Henryville.
