New Albany, Indiana - Stephen Paul Crim, age 62, of New Albany, Indiana passed away on Friday, August 29, 2025. He was born on January 4, 1963, in New Albany, Indiana to the late Paul and Frances Gray Crim. He was a member of St. Mary of the Annunciation Catholic Church and was a 20-year veteran of the United States Navy.
In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by two aunts, Martha Crim and Mary Crim; and maternal grandmother, Virgie Connell.
Stephen is survived by three brothers, Michael Crim, Philip Crim (Robin) and Richard Crim; nieces, and nephews, Jessica Crim, Michael Crim, Sierra Crim, Michaela Crim, Frances Crim, Martha Crim, Tyler Crim and Nicholas Crim; grandkids, Cyrus, Julia and Houston; and a cousin, Sharon Bussey.
Visitation for Stephen will be held Wednesday, September 3, 2025, from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Kraft Funeral Service, 708 E. Spring Street, New Albany, Indiana 47150.
Funeral mass will be at St Mary of the Annunciation Catholic Church, 8th and Spring Sts, New Albany, Indiana on Thursday, September 4, 2025, at 10:00 am with burial to follow in St. Mary's Catholic Cemetery.
