Jeffersonville, Indiana - Virginia Ann Lindle, 86, of Jeffersonville, Indiana passed away on December 11, 2023 at Lincoln Hills Nursing Home in New Albany, Indiana. She was born on November 19, 1937, in Kansas City, Missouri, daughter of Eugene and Margaret Reynolds.

Virginia retired from Stewart's Department Store after many years of dedicated service and later on from JC Penny. She was a member of First Baptist Church and had a passion for gardening, her beautiful flowers, bird watching, and loved spending time with her children & grandchildren.

In addition to her parents Virginia was preceded in death by brother, Jim Reynolds; son, Johnny Lindle; son-in-law, Bob Rowe; and granddaughter, Kaitlin Distler. She is survived by her loving husband of 51 years, John Lindle; daughter, Beth Morton (Kevin), twin sons, Timothy "Tim" Distler (Jennifer) and Anthony "Tony" Distler (Julie), daughters, Debbie Laney (Jim), Susan Rowe, Karen Lindle(Brian); son, Steve Lindle (Leslie); along with 22 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren.

There will be a visitation held on Thursday, December 14, 2023 from 4-8pm at Legacy Funeral Center, 921 Main Street, Jeffersonville, Indiana. Service will be Friday, December 15, 2023 at 12pm with more visitation held before from 10-12pm at Legacy Funeral Center.
